1. What Artist Lab is
Artist Lab is a software tool that lets artists publish a portal to showcase and list their work, and lists that work in a shared Art Community index. Artist Lab provides the shopfront only.
2. Not a party to sales
SureHarbor is not a party to any sale between an artist and a buyer, does not take possession of any artwork, and does not process the sale price. Artists are solely responsible for their listings, descriptions, pricing, payment collection, taxes, delivery, and any refunds or disputes. Buyers deal directly with the artist.
3. Artist accounts & subscription
Artist Lab is a paid subscription (currently $15/month). Verification via a secure identity check is included. Subscriptions are billed via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Content & conduct
You must own or have the right to list and sell the work you upload. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that breach these terms or harm the community.
5. Verification badge
A verified badge indicates an identity check was completed. It is not a guarantee of the authenticity, quality, or provenance of any artwork, nor an endorsement by SureHarbor.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SureHarbor is not liable for transactions between artists and buyers, or for loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
