What we collect
Account details (name, email), the portal and listing content you publish, buyer enquiries and messages you send through the app, and basic usage/device data needed to run the service. For artists, identity verification is handled by our processor (Stripe Identity); we receive a pass/fail result and do not store your ID documents ourselves.
How we use it
To run your portal and the Art Community, deliver enquiries and messages between artists and buyers, process subscription payments, verify artist identity, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We use Supabase (hosting/database) and Stripe (payments and identity verification) as processors. We don't sell your personal information. Your public portal content is, by design, visible to anyone.
Your choices
You can edit or unpublish your portal, delete listings, and request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us.
